The Phoenix A Class, Ancient concept powered by innovations.
Make the most of the wind.

An exceptional rig

Rigging, draping, autoclaving,  rolling, roughening, deck hardware, mechanical welding, that’s our jargon. The words we use to talk about our masts. Terms that are very old for some, very new for others, like the combination of sailing, a thousand-year-old technique, and new composites, those of today and tomorrow.

The 52 meters carbon masts embody TOWT’s commitment to innovation in this field. We are part of a modern era with sail plan management that can be controlled from a console on the bridge, all managed by hydraulic units.

With these mast heights, the sail plan is no less impressive. More than 2,100 m2 of flexible sail area. A choice combined with carbon masts for strength and durability

A team effort with LORIMA, the world leader in carbon masts, and PIRIOU, the French shipbuilder.
